TITLE: Short Term Accommodation Based Service in Scunthorpe, North
Lincolnshire for vulnerable people
1) SHORT DESCRIPTION: To provide a short term Supporting People service
linked to existing accommodation. Service users to be supported to access
appropriate accommodation, the setting up of a tenancy including
utilities, benefits, budgeting and accessing employment, training etc to
enable future independence. The service will have strong links with
housing providers and will support people to access appropriate future
accommodation. Support will initially be at a high level with an expected
high throughput as service users are supported into appropriate
accommodation and independence.

TITLE: Short Term Accommodation Based Service in Scunthorpe, North

1) SHORT DESCRIPTION: To provide a short term Supporting People service

with a view to people moving to living independently in the community or
supported in their own accommodation supported by a separate long term
floating support service. The service will have strong links with housing
providers and will support people to access appropriate future
accommodation.

1) SHORT DESCRIPTION: To provide a floating support service to service
users with mental health problems throughout North Lincolnshire. Support
hours will vary based on need.

TITLE: Short Term Floating Support Service for people with mental health
problems, substance misuse problems, people who are homeless and people
who have been offenders living in North Lincolnshire
1) SHORT DESCRIPTION: Supporting People Service for people with a high
level of complex need living in North Lincolnshire. The service will have
strong links with housing providers and will support people to access
appropriate future accommodation. It may be more difficult for service
users to find and maintain accommodation. Service users may also need more
support with utilities, benefits, budgeting and accessing employment,
training etc to enable their future employment. It is expected that staff
will be trained to a high level with an understanding of the needs
associated with service users.

TITLE: Short Term Floating Support Service for people with mental health
problems, substance misuse problems, people who are homeless and people

level need living throughout North Lincolnshire. The service will have
strong links with housing providers and will support people to access
appropriate future accommodation. Support hours for the first few weeks
may be high but would reduce as support is given for a crisis situation.
Support hours to reduce as service users are supported to access
appropriate accommodation or to maintain an existing tenancy. Support with
utilities, benefits, budgeting and accessing employment, training etc. to
enable future independence.

TITLE: Volunteer Befriending Service for people with mental health

and support volunteers.
